Leave out 'that'

Hi,

Let's say that these are the two last sentences in a formal email.

"It depends on the size of the computer and the rest of the equipment you will bring with you. If you think of anything else that you would like me to clear up for you, do not hesitate to email me."

I left out 'that' before 'you will bring' in the first sentence, but used it before 'you would like' in the second sentence. Is it okay or do I have to follow the same pattern throughout the whole email?

I just read the sentences out loud and I felt that using 'that' in both of them made the text flow less smoothly. What do you think?

Thank you.
