Leave letter urgent help..

Hi can someone help me with my leave letter please?

Dear sir,

My leave was due December last year but
I postponed it because my son was coming up after December.

As I was informed he’s not coming up anytime soon
I ask to take my leave pay without leave and continue on working.

Further to the above, I would like my funds processed before the 28th of February 2008
