Dear friends, I writing a leave latter behalf of my team member. Could you please check and correct my writing?
I am writing to request an extention of Lokesh emergency leave . As you are aware, He has taken a short emergency leave when his father was passed away due to Heart attack and age on the 11th of this month. As He only son, it falls on him to fulfill the ceremonial requirements relating to his passing. He is therefore requesting that his leave be extended for 2 more weeks order for him to do this. Thank you for your consideration.
