Leave Her The Hell Alone?

"Get the hell out" is formed by inserting "the hell" between a verb and a propsition in an intransitive phrasal verb. Let's consider the transitive phrasal verb "leave somebody alone" used with "the hell":

a) "leave the hell her alone"

b) "leave her the hell alone"

c) "leave her alone the hell"
