Leave Application for Wife's Delivery

Dear Sir,

I wish to apply for 10 days' leave, starting on 17/01/2018. We are expecting our second, and my wife's due date is 25/2/2018. I will need to be with my wife and family around that time.

Hence our first child was delivered through a major surgical procedure, this time the gynecologist said that she must under go the same surgical process.

I am humbly requesting you to consider my case as a genuine case an granted me the leave.
