leave application for the reason of going to US

RESPECTED MAM,

I have to request you to give leaves in the school for my child in 1st standard division G. Because of my husband has a project in the US so I have to go US for 6 months 18th june 2014 to 10th january 2015. And in Pune I have no relatives so we can not able to stay here alone.
So, please grant these leaves of 6 months for my daughter.
