Leave Application

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I want to take an annual leave before the due date i.e. November 1,2010 as per my contract as my fathers annual leave is due from January 2010 and even I have my court case date due in India so I want to take a leave for one month from April 25,2010 to May 24,2010 so as to sort this matter out.

I will be highly grateful if the leave is sanctioned for the above mentioned dates.
