Leave adjustment application

Respected Sir,

I was on leave for fifteen days because I had burnt my foot with hot water. My doctor advised me to have a complete bed rest until my complete recovery otherwise the wound might get infacted. There was no one at my home who could bring my application so I informed my branch head about it and he allowed the leave. I, therefore, request you to conside these fifteen day's leave as my mandatory leave which the company allow to its employees once a year with pay. So that the company do not deduct my salary.

I hope that keeping in view the circumstances caused my leave you will give me a positive response.
