please can you correct me put write message on the email. I am going on leave and this is what I wrote:

Please note I will be on leave from Monday 02 February 2015 and will return on 16 February 2015.

Hayley will be temping during my absence.

Please find below a roster for her switchboard relief from 12:00 13:00 everyday

Nelie will be assisting with the incoming and outgoing of posts and docex as well as uplifting of files from Metrofile, I have shown her how the system works.
