Could you help me figure out the difference between these two? How would you use them differently?

I say It's the least I can do. The meaning is this. Of course I will lend you ten dollars. Because of some past situation, I feel a strong obligation to help you. I would do more, if you asked me to and if I had the money.

I say It's the best I can do.
