Learning German using English

Hi all,

I know here's an English forums website, but if my recollection is accurate, it was previously possible to ask questions in the German language here!
I'm going to learn the German language. The language I need to use for asking questions is English for the time being because my German is too broken. What forum(s) do you suggest that I use for that objective, please?
