Learning different accent

These days I practise English listening on the following website. However, there are a number of options that we can select while choosing an accent. As far as I'm concerned, it would be highly beneficial if I learn more frequent accents first. Therefore, I would be really grateful if someone suggest me what are the most suitable accents that I need to practise firstly. Furthermore, is there significant differences between different accents in the UK?

I listened briefly to those speakers. Mostly they reflect British English as spoken by educated speakers in the south or south-east of England. There are no clear regional accents.
