Learn piano?

Hi. Is either correct as an answer to the question, "What will you do this summer vacation?" Should it be "I'll learn to play the piano" and "I'll learn to play the violin"? Thank you in advance for your help.

1. I'll learn piano.

In the US it is more often "learn to play the (musical instrument)". You could, however, say 'learn J

Those would be correct, in the UK.
