Learn from or Learn with

You can learn some new skills from my brother if you come to my home.
If you come to my home, you can learn some new skills from my brother.

If you agree to join me in my kitchen, you will get a chance to learn some new recipe with my sister.
You will get a chance to learn some new recipe with my sister if you agree to join me in my kitchen


Questions:
1) Can we use Learn from and Learn with interchangeably?
2) I have written the same sentences in two order, which order is the best one to use while speaking or writing?

Your two responses confusing me, I have reposed the sentences below again please check it and correct it so I can understand where I went wrong.

I believe you can both learn from and with.

If you are learning from, the person is teaching you. You learn from your teacher, or from this forum.
If you are learning with, you are learning in collaboration with others. You may take English classes with other students and therefore learn English with them.
