Learn english

I am an average english speaker. The problem is whenever I speak in english I don't know wheather I am speaking right or not. Moreover sometimes it becomes difficult for me to translate my thoughts cause I think in hindi. Also my vocabulary is poor and grammer is average. So please tell me from where to begin? There are so many sites, institutions but don't know from where to begin. I want to be fluent and correct english speaker but with so many sites I get confused. I try to learn 4 new words a day but con't use them in daily life so after a couple of days I forget the meanings. Can I ever be able to speak fluently?
