Your negihbours keep a large number of dogs in their apartment even though this is not allowed in your housing

estate,Write a letter to the Housing Authority to complain about the issue .In your letter explain the problem how it affects you and your family and what you done about it.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writting a letter for voice my angry on my negihboors,live in Room 201 ,are raising lots of dogs.Such dogs are nosiy,trouble,and disgustive.those problems cause me in disturbance everyday,so i hope to you and me come up with some ideas to remedy those bothring matter.

To begin with,there are some problems.one is about the dogs are nosiy ,especially at every night.

The dog were barking together as if they were singing in a karaoke room or an orchestra. anothe is relevant to they hygiene problem ,In a while ,i saw the dog owners did not clean that feces ,this matter should not be ignored and tolerated."why they can do it'" are bearing in my mind..the other problem is that the dog are offence and prograssive and violent..On one moringa .a dog ,may be a Peking ,it bike my bag when I was waiting for a lift.The dogs are not only obessing me,and are affecting my family.

As for the nosiy problem,that barking is very vibrant so that I can not hear the TV's volume even if i lock my home's door.Had the situation existed continuely,we all family member no longer slept comfotablely every night.

In term of the problem of hygienece ,i am afraid that it products much disease,or harmful bacteria dramatically increasing ,thereforce,my family memebers and I are going to suffer from illness because of the inconsidrate dogs

owner. violence-wise , i am worrying about another attack will cause my family and I to be injured since the last experience,we should take some action to prevent it.

What i am appealing is that sending a letter to dog owners's address for explaining how the serious problem are,this action is a must for reminding him.Should the situation still not to be solved ,I would like to the Housing Authority assigned some of the staff going to his home for telling what are happening and explainning why I am complainting him.Had it did not take any effect,i would call police for an arrestment ,because a literacy article of banning house owner foster or rasing dogs in public house at the law.

I hope the prolem can be solved as soon as possible and my comfortable life can return.
