Did he lean on my name oddly? did they know?

in this bit of conversation, can anyone kindly help me understand the 'lean on my name ' meaning?

I doubted that the meaning would be emphasizing her name.

The conversation happens when Miss Black is asked by a cop to the police station to be interrogated as follows

I agree with Clive, but there is also, I'd say, a secondary meaning. To 'lean on' some is to put them in an uncomfortable situation, so that they are forced to tell the truth:

- It was clear that Miss Granger knew more than she was saying. I did not like calling on her at the hospital, but it was time to lean on her
