Actually, I was quite capable of guessing the same thing, but the point I want to make is that we are not robots, and this is not a search engine. We are people, who help other people, and that it's much nicer for us to be asked a question than have words thrown at us.

There's nothing special about a question tag on a passive voice sentence.
