Leafy plants

Hi. What is the counter of leafy plants? Can pine and cactus be drop into this category?

While pine needles are technically leaves, a pine tree could hardly be called "leafy". Also, while trees are technically plants, in everyday use the word "plant" tends not to include trees. Cacti do not have leaves in any normal sense and could not possibly be "leafy" (though apparently the spines are technically highly modified leaves).
