LeadershipApart from studying and working I am always fond of something else. I can not say that I’ve achieved the highest results but I While studying at school I attended sport classes. I was a member of the school volleyball team and won several competitions in our region. I used to be good at athletics and was the first in some gymnastic meets. To be honest professional sport activity didn’t correspond with my future plans but it was possibility to find goal-oriented friends who share one interest and to develop such physiological features as liberty, determination, persistence in winning.The brightest example to reflect my leadership skills is my job as project accountant on the site-construction. *****was the main contractor of the construction an electronic plant **** for one year. There were employed about 100-200 builders each day. Time schedule was tough and rapid. I was one girl who was responsible for taxes and payments. At the beginning there was a cost-controller but in the middle of construction he left and I had to divide with the project manager also that obligations for a Client. I learned to negotiate with top-managers and supervisors of different companies and to eliminate negative emotions about short delays in payments or acceptance of done works. Proceeds of checking-up contracts, invoices were complicated and demanded the approval of several managers because of much money In the end of the project I stayed alone with several engineers and handled not only “money issues” but also administrative and supply questions.

Hi, nona here again. I've made some corrections and have highlighted some further problem areas for you. None of this really talks about your leadership though - did you supervise any staff at the construction project or provide other leadership? You have just listed your duties. Also, on the sports side, were you captain of any teams or play any role in planning/coaching etc?

(liberty makes no sense here as a sporting quality?)

The best example to reflect my leadership skills is my job as Project Accountant on a constuction site for one year. *****was the main contractor on the construction of an electronic plant. They employed between 100 and 200 builders each day and the time schedule was tough and demanding. I was solely responsible for taxes and payments. At the beginning of the project there was a cost-controller, but in the middle of construction he left, and I had to take on many of his duties. I learned to negotiate with the top managers and supervisors of different companies and to deal with problems such as delays in payment or acceptance of works done.

In the end of the project I continued to work on the accounts, admin, and supply for several engineers..

In addition, I can say that I have moved to **** myself in 2004 just buying a train ticket. I hadn’t idea about where I would work and live. Fortunately, I managed to arrange my employment and accommodation after a week of searching. I haven’t regretted about my decision any day.
