Lazy student

I ve just found this forum by accident. I'm lazy to register my name since it is a short question -- I know it's better to do it. Are 'restrain' & 'constraint' the same in meaning? thanks so much.

After reading it, it appears that

1. restrain means that you want to do it, but restricted.

2. constrain means that you don't want to do it, but forced.

I hope my understanding is right.

Is 'teenager' = 'adolescent'?

Thanks
