Law paper title

Hello,


I am trying to translate the title of my university paper (Polish law) into English, and due to the fact I am not a native speaker I have serious doubts whether this would be correct and sound natural:


Parental Responsibility Restriction Pursuant to Article 58 of The Family and Guardianship Code in the Context of Court Divorce Ordering with Court Records Analysis


Just in case someone here was bilingual, the Polish title:


Ograniczenie wladzy rodzicielskiej na podstawie art. 58 Kodeksu rodzinnego i opiekunczego w wyroku rozwodowym w swietle badan aktowych
