law note, grammar check!

"Transferror transfer his shares, to transferee, by sending transfer deed and share certificate by register post or speed post. On receiving the transfer deed, transferee register his name with the company by submitting transfer deed and share certificate. Transferee shall be considered as a member of the company after such registration and the company shall issue a new share certificate to transferee."
