Law

Hello everyone,

In parliaments, for example the members are 201 and for a session to pass a propsal "half+1" means "101" members must attend the parliament session otherwise the session will be cancelled. Could you please tell me what that number "101" is called in English?

Note/ in my language, if I translate that word literally into English, it is "legal ratio". Is this term OK in English?

Regards,

JA
