you may know that I have requested to get vacation on net year January I had to request it because of really important matter

1. I have decided to get married next year and my family and my girl family is saying you should get married on 2013 according to our horoscope and auspicious time and some kind of belief of our culture

2. and I am going to follow some cnc and die and mold designing and IELTS English course in university of Srilanka because presently I have been working as a cnc operator but I wont to go for  higher salary and promotion

 and also I am taking some medical test from hammad hospital , if I were in Sri Lanka it would be easy for me get treatments 

how do I writ this nice and polite way in English...  thanks
