Late night OR late at night ?

A : We shouldn't discuss this story right now, the children hasn't slept yet. Can we talk this later in late night/in late at night? ( means now the time is 08.00 pm and it's too early, can you talk this later after the children go to bed. )

B : No problem.

Could later tonight really be understandble ?

Because I think tonight describes right now ( 8.00 pm - 12.00 pm ), but I want to describe the time that is later than 08.00 pm. Anyway,Can I use tonight in this sentence ?

The word "tonight" can apply to the entire night (until the next morning) so I see no problem with that.
