'last year' vs 'the last year'

Could you confirm whether all of (1A)~(2C) are okay in the following sentence? Thank you.

1. I visited the art museum three times [ (1A) last year / (1B) in last year / (1C) in the last year ].
2. I moved seven times [ (2A) last year / (2B) in last year / (2C) in the last year ].
