last time out ?

The Latics' win against Newcastle last time out will have given them great confidence ahead of this game, though Hughton's side will have taken heart from a hard earned point having gone down to 10-men early on at Sunderland a fortnight ago.
It should be " last time".It is added "out",is this true ?
