Last rites/extreme unction

Hi
What do you call the priest's last blessing before one dies? I've found: LAST RITES/EXTREME UNCTION. I'm particularly interested in the most common way of saying it for AE speakers.

Extreme unction is probably a direct translation of a Latin phrase used in the Catholic Church. Last rights is much more common, at least in the U.S. They mean the same thing.
