Last question on 'such'

'Moreover, any restrictions applied shall not be such as will reduce the total of imports relative to the total of domestic production.'

What's bothering me in this sentence is 'such as will'...is this grammatical feasible? Isn't there a better way of expressing this? Such as replacing 'as' with 'like'...?
