Last name is 'Barache' or 'Barach'

1) The Baraches are coming over tonight for dinner.
2) the Baraches' house ('Barach' is the surname)
3) the Baraches' house ('Barache' is the surname).

Signs on front of residence - are these correct?
- The Baraches (for the surname 'Barach')
- The Coxes (for the surname 'Cox')
- The Goronskys (for the surname 'Goronsky')
- The Struyses (for the surname 'Struys')
- The Kennedys (for the surname 'Kennedy')
