No. I suppose it should say "Can you please remind me ...".

In my opinion it's not that 'which' sounds more polished. It is more polished, because it refers to a specific array of topics and not just any amount of possible topics, no matter whether the speaker remembers what happened during class or not (she/he wouldn't have asked in the first place if she/he did).
