last image of a person

If your grandma has passed away and you remember one particular day you spent with her and you say :
That's the image I will remember of her. That's the image I will keep of her. That's the image I will remember her by. The day we went shopping together.

I don't want to see her on her death bed because I don't want that to be the last image of her I see. I want to keep a good image of her. [You understand me, but this sounds not very good]
Thank you

I'd use a dash and a small letter after "remember her by."

To my ear, "the image I will keep of her" sounds better than "the image I will remember of her.
