Hi. Are these correct? I'm sure numbers 3 and 6 are correct. Thank you in advance for your help.

1. He was last to finish it.

2. He was the last to finish it.

3. He was the last one to finish it.

4. He was first to finish it.

5. He was the first to finish it.
