Hello, could you please help me with these sentences?

When I last saw him I went to the cinema. or When I last saw him I was going to the cinema. Are both of them possible?

And how about these sentences? I last watched this film two weeks ago. or I was last watching this film two weeks ago. Are both of them correct?

They're all correct and possible.
The first one would be taken by a native speaker as sequential, and would be better written as: "After I last saw him, I went to the cinema."

When I last saw him I hid in the closet. (two sequential simple past events.)

You can also say, "When I last saw him was when I went to the cinema." (casual)
Or "When I last saw him

When I last saw him I was going to the cinema. The first is not likely what you want to say. It suggests that I saw him and then I went to the cinema, almost as if my reason for going to the cinema was the fact that I saw him.
