Executives from 12 large companies, including The Coca-Cola Co.,Wells Fargo&Co.,
Kaiser Permanente, ...

On above sentence, it used the words, "large companies".

I wonder if I can say big companies.. Big companies and large companies, are they different?

and do I have to use enterprise and company differently?

Big and large would mean the same here, but 'large' is slightly more formal. A company is generally officially registered as such; an enterprise is any sort of business. My language school is an enterprise, but it is not a company.
