LARGE CHAIN HOTEL

- Where I work right now, as a housekeeper for a large chain hotel. I have a very bad boss.

- What does "a large chain hotel" mean in this situation?

Hi, When a hotel company owns and operates many hotels under the same name, it is said to be a chain of hotels. eg The Hilton Hotels. Each one could, I suppose, be called a chain hotel.

When a hotel company owns and operates many hotels under the same name, it is said to be a chain of hotels. eg The Hilton Hotels.
Each one could, I suppose, be called a chain hotel.

We also speak, for example, of a chain of stores, and of a chain store.
