Vocabulary

Large

The accumulation of things relates to a larger strategy we use to avoid looking at our human situation and its limits. It's part of the ploy of specialness.

In this text, I'm not sure what 'a larger strategy' means. Does large mean something not good or temporary?

Thanks in advance!
