Lapse, elapse?

Hello, please advise which phrasing is most correct:

The delivery date lapsed.

The delivery date has elapsed.

The delivery date passed.

The delivery date expired.

Essentially, I'm just trying to see the established delivery date was not met. Is that a lapse?

Thanks for the help!
