Of course to know the answer you have to read from some sources, but to say that someone copied verbatim from a web site just because that does not provide satisfaction to some people's mind has a name: underestimate.

I don't think there are any right or wrong answers to these questions. They are only asking how you would consider students' questions. Of course, you need to take their knowledge and level into consideration.
