Language learning

Languages sometimes feature to be difficult. For any language, it has its own sophisticated rules and principles, including gestures, signals and facial expressions, which constitute the full entity of language. Indeed, these principles and signs have equipped humans with communication tendencies to survive. They use language to communicate their wants and needs; to express internal feelings, such as hanger, thirst, love, fear and so on and so forth.

Processes in which one may hold to learn language are complex. As a child is born, his linguistic faculty inside the brain is like a blank page and is ready to store information. The child learns his native language automatically throughout different phases from parents and some surroundings. Using various innate strategies, the child first notices how parents, for instance, speak and utter words. Yet later, he starts to model the same way and then produces short words.

In fact, as people grow older, each individual has the propensity to acquire another language. Naturally, it is much easier to acquire a first language than it is for a second language. However, every individual has a "hidden innate readiness" to acquire another language. This innate readiness backs the human potentials and motivates him to learn additional languages. Typically, the task will undergo some hardships and hold a chain of conflicting problems. These troubles are adequate to get learners strive. Such problems embrace diverse skills of the language. Unlike most skills, speaking still concerns many learners as they try to communicate.

Having learnt English for a quite long time, many language learners encounter a speaking trouble. It becomes a prevailing identity shared by most language learners. Predominantly, some people may attribute such to lack of practicing whereas some others believe that it is a psychological phenomenon. In most cases, psychology can strongly interfere with students’ ability of speaking. Despite being acquainted with the vocabulary one may use, some students have some difficulty employing that vocabulary words within their speech. Shyness, fear, and anxiety could explicitly play a vital role in setting a barrier to the learners stepping forward.

Unlike the other skills, speaking involves a public skill to communicate as it apparently needs self-confidence. Lacking such would reflect not only hesitation but also weak performance. Subsequently, the output may not perfectly work to match the input on a conversational level. As speakers tend to talk about something, they become hesitant and start to lose control of their speech. They will need much time to think of and recall vocabulary they want to use. Basically, it is then to be thought that they are not sufficiently proficient to handle a speech.

Some learners don't consider nor do they realize the importance of thinking directly in English. They mostly seem to consider translation as a concept upon which they rely. At a primary level, one may compensate for gaps in knowledge through resorting to the literal translation from his language into English. Yet later, that concept may intervene very negatively in his speaking. As a result, there will definitely be so clear overlapping that blocks the association of ideas to process and subsequently counts as another problem of speaking.
