Language Interpretation

oh hi everyone Emotion: big smile
The other day I read an online article and came across this following piece.
"Morning routines set the tone for the whole day, so don’t wait until after everyone has overslept to get your morning routine under way, you’ll only set a frantic pace for the whole family which can easily leave you all feeling overwhelmed before you even get out the door. Successful routines take planning, though they needn’t be complicated and time consuming to put into place."
the problem is that I don't really grasp the writer's idea by this excerpt "which can easily leave you all feeling overwhelmed before you even get out the door."
Did s/he mean that trying to accomplish routines in the very new day in a frantic pace could bring about 'lots of stress' (leave you all feeling overwhelmed) even when you are leaving home (you get out the door) ??
ah, one more question about the ending phrase "to put into place" Is that an idiom, meaning..to make everything run appropriately or else?
I would greatly appreciate if you explain it a bit thoroughly and feel free to spot any mistake in my English because it would help me a lot.
Thanks in advance Emotion: big smile
