As far as I know, there is no such prefix in English unless you mean the 'i-' of iPod, iPhone and iTouch . We do have 'in-', 'im-', 'ir-' and 'il-', though: innate, impossible, irresponsible and illuminated . These prefixes all mean 'not'.
