Language and education center

Good evening all..

After spending too much time on Google trying to get some information, I came across this website... I hope that someone can give a bit more insight to my question as it is very specific.

I quick background explanation. I am a native English speaker living in central Europe. Mom to 3 bilingual boys and in the procces of establishing a language and education center that will basically function as an after-school program for children from the 3rd grade and older. The center will have many functions, not only language education but the reason for posting this question is mainly due to two main parts.

1. I don't believe that a child can learn a language by attending a 1 hours lesson a week. Raising three kids who are fluent in both languages, i think that daily practice is needed and would like to take this same approach in the education center by creating an English environment or partial immersion program (separate from English lessons they have at school). The problem I have is finding some sort of structured curriculum for what I would like to do, if it does exist. I'm not sure that if I created one from scratch would be as effective as one that was tried and tested already. Any Ideas?

2. I am also planning on converting the lower level of the building into a language school for adults. The competition is really tough so I am looking to create a new course that is effective and different to what the average language school can offer. I am willing to buy teaching materials, book etc from an institution that has teacher training facilities with an existing curriculum and method that is proven successful. I plan on officially opening the center in a few short months so there is no time for trial and error.

If anyone has some advice, share your thought and opinions or just point me in the right direction, I would appreciate anything.

Many thanks in advance.
