0 I'd say "landscape" is always natural (nature: sea, hills, mountains...), whereas "scenery" can also depict something that has been created/made by men. 0-

0 "Scenery" has two senses: any decoration to make theatre stage scenes, and picturesque features in a place. In the latter sense, "scenery" is synonymous to "landscape". We would say "ocean scenery" but not "ocean landscape", however. 02br
