"Laid out" maybe?

I don't know what word to use or how to write this?

I don't like the way the store is ____. The electronic section being at the back of the store and the DVDs at the front. I liked the way it was laid out before with the DVD section at the back and electronics at the front.

Laid out - would be most common.

All the Fry's electronic stores are laid out/ designed identically the same way.
