Your riddle might not be that accurate especially that you didn't add any single punctuation mark. Even the period that always come at the end of the writing, you didn't write it. When there is no period at the end, readers have right to assume that the riddle might not have finished.

However, if I take your riddle like what it seems, I would say there is no case I could think of where a lady can marry her bio son ONLY if the woman in the riddle meant that this would have happened in the past by mistake. (They didn't know). Then he died before that. So it never happened.
