Sometimes, I don't quite sure whether or not I should out the article in front of some kind of names, as they appear to be, preceded by the phrase 'known as' or 'called as'. Can you help me?02br 02br 01i00But the sunni area known as 01u00the 'triangle of death'02u00 is a longtime Al-Qaida stronghold. 02i02br 02br 00I think one is allowed to put 'the' because the words in quotation marks are like 'Committee of Scholars', where the existence of the word 'of' necessitate the placement of 'the'. 0-
