Knowledge ready, ability ready, etc, how to say?

In a cover letter, after stating why I think I am a strong candidate for the job, I would like to say something like this:

I am knowledge ready, abilities read, personalities ready, and mental ready for this job.

But I do not think my English for the blue parts is right. Could you help me come up with a nice expression which involving these concepts? Thanks a lot.

I feel I am currently knowledgeable enough for the position. I am mentality ready for this job, and my personality is well-suited for it.

Hi Englishmaven,

Thanks a lot. That's a very nice expression and I probably will take it.
But I would like it carry out more enthusiam or passion, so the reader can sense my personality. Do you think we can do this? Thanks a lot for your time.
