I'd like to say, "I already know well about it(or that field), but there cannot help but be still somethings that I don't know. So, I didn't know the thing (which you said)." Could you tell how I can say that meaning briefly if it is possible?

You can say "I already know a lot about it (the field your discussing), but there is more I would like to know" or "but there is still more to learn."
